About the Journal
The American University of Nigeria Journal of Arts & Humanities (AUNJAH) provides a platform for researchers, practitioners, and professionals to explore and discuss issues related to the arts and humanities in their social, legal, and technical dimensions. AUNIJAH seeks to be a truly multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary journal, drawing on research from diverse fields such as art history, media and communication studies, information and communication systems, computer design and art, social and political behavior, and environmental art and design. The journal also welcomes studies that examine the role of social media in business, education, healthcare, and organizational contexts.

The inauguration of the American University of Nigeria Journal of Arts and Humanities (AUNJAH) marks a defining moment in the intellectual life of our institution and, by extension, the academic community in Africa and beyond. The journal emerges out of a growing recognition that the humanities remain indispensable to the understanding of human experience in its fullness, its aspirations, anxieties, contradictions, and possibilities.
